The Bon’Z Beadlock was introduced by Bawarrion in 2016. It quickly became one of the best-selling alloy wheels for the Jeep Wrangler in Europe. Hard-core off-roaders appreciate its indestructible heavy duty beadlock ring, recessed beadlock bolts, incredible stability, integrated valve stem protection, and well thought out design overall. Many manufacturers have attempted to copy the Bawarrion Bon’Z Beadlock design but have not succeeded. While the other manufacturers are chasing the leader, Bawarrion continues to push their engineers to improve what was previously considered perfect. The clean and appealing Bon’Z design has been retained for Beadlock2 as to maintain its easy cleaning and prevent mud and rocks from being retained by the wheel. The Bawarrion Bon’Z Beadlock2 is available now! The illustration says it all: Bawarrion’s new design can retain the original’s beadlock function and benefits, or the tire can be mounted in the traditional non-beadlock fashion, but what does this mean exactly?
Beadlock Mounting:
The Bawarrion Bon’Z Bealock2 with its 9” width and 4mm offset enables TÜV-approved mounting of up to 39x13.50R17 tires on your JK, JL or JT and endure the toughest off-road abuse. The tires outer bead is held securely by Bawarrion’s 20mm thick beadlock ring which has proven its strength and durability worldwide time and time again.
Non-Beadlock (traditional) Mounting:
When traditional mounting is used with Beadlock2, the wheel offers an 8” wide mounting surface and a 19mm offset. This configuration provides TÜV-approved mounting of tire sizes up to 37x12.50R17. The Beadlock2 and its specially designed reinforcement ring still provides unmatched wheel protection, strength, stability, and tire retention for those on and off-road adventures.
Both mounting configurations have been tested to 940kg with a rolling circumference of 3112mm and are perfectly suited to handle the stresses of carrying those heavy loads your JK, JL or JT may endure.
